Privacy Policy

Callback (“we”, “us”) helps you write and tailor resumes. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: your resume is yours, we never sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name.
• Content you create: resumes, job descriptions you paste, cover letters and interview practice answers.
• Billing details: handled by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data needed to run the service, such as how many AI generations you've used.

How we use it

• To provide the product: saving your work, generating AI suggestions, scoring and exporting resumes.
• To process payments and enforce plan limits.
• To reply when you contact support.

AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the relevant content (for example your resume and the job description) is sent to our AI providers — OpenAI and Anthropic — to generate a response. These providers process the data on our behalf under their API terms, which do not permit using API data to train their public models by default.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Callback (hosting, database, AI and payments), or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated content in one click from Plan & account. Guest drafts are stored only in your browser.
